 Salishan is located 100 miles southwest of Portland and three miles
south of Lincoln City on Highway 101. 750 acres total, Salishan offers
endless scenic beauty, miles of sandy beach, bay front, and forested

Private residence areas include Salishan and the Salishan Hills.
Salishan Hills, on the east side of Hi ghway 101, is comprised of 166 homesites. The homesites
offer distant ocean views and/or lovely wooded settings. There are two
condominium developments in the Hills: The Bluffs, 32 units with
outstanding bay and ocean views, and The Island condos, 23 units with golf course and forested settings. Salishan Hills is approximately 80 acres with 21
acres of common area, including 2.5 acres of walking trails, tennis
courts, paved roads and gated entry.

Salishan also known as the Salishan Leaseholders, Inc. (west side of
Highway 101) is comprised of 600 gated acres and 369 homesites. There

requirement in the development of this area was to retain the natural
